DESCRIPTION
This fashion tartan was designed by Hastie, Cochrane & MacBeth of Vancouver in 1939 and possibly woven by West Coast Woollen Mills. There are two versions: a version with a plain blue stripe, and a ‘hunting’ version with black guards added to the blue stripe. The latter version is shown here.
