CITY OF SARNIA
DESCRIPTION
This tartan was designed by Burnett's & Struth Scottish Regalia Ltd. The colours are drawn from the City of Sarnia coat of arms and the pattern is inspired by the MacKenzie tartan (Canada's second Prime Minister, Sir Alexander MacKenzie, came from Sarnia). The tartan was announced by the Mayor during the celebrations for Sarnia's centennial year in 2014. It will be worn by the Sarnia Legion Pipe Band.
