This is another of the ‘Fathers of Confederation’ series by Sainthill-Levine & Co Ltd. and woven by West Coast Woollen Mills. He was premier of Prince Edward Island prior to John Hamilton Gray. He opposed Confederation both before and after 1867.
The design of this tartan is very similar to the Galt tartan, but with white substituted for the royal blue.
