This is another of the ‘Fathers of Confederation’ series by Sainthill-Levine & Co Ltd. and woven by West Coast Woollen Mills. Sir George-Etienne Cartier was one of the primary architects of the Canadian Confederation and co-premier with John A MacDonald prior to Confederation.
