This is another of the ‘Fathers of Confederation’ series by Sainthill-Levine & Co Ltd. and woven by West Coast Woollen Mills. Sir Charles Tupper was premier of Nova Scotia, which he led into Confederation. He later became, but only briefly, prime minister of Canada.
There are two versions of this tartan, confusingly with the same number. As always, the top sett is depicted.
